In a small, historical building in the Lange Hezelstraat in Nijmegen is a small fries house called Piccolino situated, owned by Jos Smitjes and his wife Patrizia. While choosing their frying range they took into account the authenticity of the building and chose the Retro model of Perfecta. The range’s design strengthens the authentic appearance of the shop.
