If you purchase a Perfecta frying appliance, you immediately benefit from our extensive maintenance and repair service. Our professional service engineers are available to repair breakdowns 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Why choose a maintenance contract?

  • You are always assured of optimum and professional service.
  • Fixed service costs; you know in advance what the costs will be.
  • You know for certain that the annual service will be carried out (required by the insurance company).
  • Your appliance stays in optimum condition, which extends the oven’s service life.

As the guarantee expires one year after purchase, this is a good time to inform you about the options available. Perfecta offers three different maintenance contracts.

Option 1:

In this option your HR frying oven is serviced annually, including the following work:

  • Cleaning the extraction motor
  • Checking the burners
  • Tuning high/low power
  • Tuning the gas pressure
  • Checking and tuning CO2 emissions
  • Removing deposits on the closures of the gas valves
  • Checking and/or renewing ignition electrodes (except in Sitex systems)
  • Checking temperature sensors
  • Complete oven inspection

For a conventional/mechanical Eco frying oven, the service includes:

  • Cleaning the extraction motor
  • Cleaning the burners
  • Tuning the gas pressure
  • Removing deposits on the closures of the gas valves
  • Checking and tuning thermostats
  • Renewing and/or cleaning injectors
  • Renewing the thermocouple, if necessary
  • Complete oven inspection

For an electric oven, the service includes:

  • Testing the condition of the contactor
  • Tightening contactor contact points
  • Cleaning the extraction motor
  • Checking the temperature sensors
  • Calibrating the temperature sensors
  • Checking components liable to wear and tear
  • General inspection of the peripheral equipment

Option 2:

In this option your frying appliance is serviced annually as stated under Option 1. When our service engineer visits, you pay only for any parts used. You do not pay for any call-out or labour charges, irrespective of how often you use our service.

Option 3:

In this option your frying appliance is serviced annually as stated under Option 1. In addition, you can use our service for free throughout the year. You do not pay for any call-out and labour charges or for parts costs (fully operational maintenance contract).
