Starting a french fry stall with Perfecta?
Bram Ladage is reaching out internationally!
Bram Ladage is reaching out internationally. Together with one of McDonald’s former top managers, René Savelberg, the Rotterdam-based snack bar chain is starting the export of french fries and five different types of stew, developed by chef Herman den Blijker. As homage to the harbour of hometown Rotterdam, the fries are prepared in a robust black sea-freight shipping container. Other franchisers are looking to start french fry stalls in Germany and Spain, but Ladage has set his sights on Belgium, Luxembourg and France as well.
