COVID-19 MEASURES

The spreading of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) causes national and international measures and limitations. Limitations that also influences the work methods of QBTEC you are used to. With this message we would like to infrom you of the measures QBTEC has taken to battle the spreading of COVID-19. We have taken several measures, which we asked you to thoroughly read through and take into account where needed for your and our health. Our policies are based on the guidelines of the RIVM.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?

  • Our sales advisors (and sales service) are reachable by phone and email.

  • Our service department works in the office and you can reach them by phone and email.

  • Our service engineers will come by on location without direct contact. Planned appointments and placings will continue as much as possible

  • Production will continue

For now, we do not expect any problems with completing your order unless other measures are advised nationally. All orders placed via the web shop are processed and send to you. We request that you do not pick up any products in Woerden, We try our best to keep providing the service you are used to.
